RETURNS & DEFECTIVE GOODS
Your satisfaction is important to us and every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. If, however, any item fails to meet your expectations, please notify us upon receipt. We will endeavor to resolve the issue through an exchange, credit, or refund.
Refused packages will incur full shipping and 10% handling charges. Returns of unsold merchandise are not accepted. Please inspect the delivery contents promptly upon receipt. In the unlikely event of damaged or missing items, please report within 7 days of receipt. For damage claims, photo evidence of the product and packaging is required for investigation with our courier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
